By accessing or using VentureScore at venturescore.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our service.

1. The Service

VentureScore provides AI-powered business idea analysis, including scoring, market research, competitor analysis, pivot suggestions, and marketing plans. The analysis is generated by an AI model and is provided for informational purposes only.

VentureScore does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any analysis generated. You should not make significant financial or business decisions based solely on VentureScore output without independent verification.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use VentureScore. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Providing accurate information when registering

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases.

3. Plans & Pricing

VentureScore offers the following plans:

One Analysis — $12.99: A single AI business analysis report.
Monthly — $29.99/month: Unlimited analyses for one calendar month. Renews automatically unless cancelled.
Lifetime — $99.99: Unlimited analyses with no recurring charge, for as long as VentureScore operates.

🚫 All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Your access will continue until the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VentureScore to:

Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third-party rights
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or prompts
Circumvent rate limits, account restrictions, or payment requirements
Resell or redistribute VentureScore analyses or outputs as your own product
Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

The VentureScore platform, design, and branding are owned by us. The analysis reports generated for your submitted ideas are yours to use for your own business purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

VentureScore is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VentureScore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including any business decisions made based on our analysis.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of VentureScore after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and failing that, through binding arbitration.
